Incredible Customer Service

WOW! I emailed Marty on Monday saying I would be placing an order for a 3/4 under quilt with overstuff by Friday of this week. He responded by asking me the specifics of my order so he could get it in the cue to be built so I would have it for a trip. I placed my order today and within 2 minutes received another email from Marty that my UQ was built and would ship today, followed up shortly with a shipping notification. WOW! I look forward to testing this baby out, hopefully the forecast stays on the chilly side.

Marty and all the wilderness logics crew are awesome folks. They have helped me out tremendously when I was in a pinch. Great people and great gear!

I ordered a king size TQ and a few other items on Friday, Jan 30th. Called Marty on Monday when I realized I ordered 2 stuff sacks instead of 1 and just had him make the other one a different color since I'd already paid for it. He said that was not a problem and he'd start on my TQ on Wednesday. Got home from work today and everything had arrived in less than a weeks time. You can't beat that for customer service!!

I truly think that we, as a community of hammockers, are blessed to have so many wonderful vendors and seasoned experts to help provide awesome gear and insightful tips and tricks.
I certainly count Wilderness Logics among those at the pinnacle.
It takes a lot of work and TLC to do what these folks do and I appreciate it greatly.

Marty at Wilderness is great to work with. He always answered my calls or email very quickly. I even visited him twice since he is located about 2 hours from me. Ordered my UQ & TQ with 2 extra ounces of down from him on February 1st and he had it ready by February 5 for me to pick it up. I slept in it last Thursday and Friday night testing the TQ & UQ out. Worked great setting it all up and using. I even got a few other items from him such as "The Lazy Slug Tube". This is an awesome feature as you can pack your hammock, TQ and UQ all together and saves times packing it and hanging it each time.

You can't go wrong with Wilderness Logics. They take pride in their product. So far I could not be happier with my selection. Thanks Marty!!
