    what's the deal with all the big companies using lower quality sown these days? my old marmot bag is 775, now they use 600 and apparently do does sierra designs.

    I think they just have different models...some aimed at the 600fp price point and others at the 800+ price point. SAC had an 800fp SD bag on there a couple days ago but I don't remember which model.

    Yes, I believe SD carries multiple lines of bags to hit different price points.

    I noticed earlier in the summer there were allot more winter bags on S&C. Seems like they're going to start selling off the remaining summer gear now.
    I missed on out some nice deals on winter bags and I regret not buying them now that winter is approaching!
