What a great hang out!

It really is quite remarkable that such a wide variety of people came together so naturally and brought their food, talents, and camaraderie. I was very blessed by everyone's generosity and warm spirits (let us not mention that abomination from the moon ; P )

Hopefully there will be a thorough trip report by the volunteer photographers.

Whoa... I'm so excited, as some of the slow pokes, we're packing up, conversation was initiated, for another hammock hang, let me throw this out there and see if it "Sticks" ?
apparently we have some fellow anglers, who also employed their hammocks, and I mentioned hey how about a fishing/hammock hang ? (wait hold on) this would be for the non anglers as well, just think of a hammock hang next to a large body of water ? anyway there was a lot of, ideas thrown out there, please let me hear your thoughts ? I wish not To lose momentum !

fly fishing in the Sierra mountains is on my bucket list. Hanging in the mountain air...priceless!

I'm bummed I wasn't able to make it to this hang. Fingers are crossed that I can attend the next one!

I know this event has passed but was wondering if there will be another in 2016? I am local to this campground (about 12 miles away) and like the car camping part of it as hiking isn't something that I can do much of these days. Anyway, Very interested in attending if you have another.

Yes SoCal 2016 St. Patrick's Day hang. Normally on January 1st the post should be up. Only reason to make changes if the Yarrow or Lupine is not available it's the largest of the 3 group sites.
