North Kentucky hangouts?

Any hangouts going on near Florence, Kentucky around the end of March or the first week of April?

If not, Any good spots worth checking out? If I have to take a drive I will.

I don't know about hangs, but look into Red River Gorge.

There's a hangout scheduled for March 12-15 in RRG. KY Red River Gorge March 12 to 15 Funky-Pig-Hang

My daughter and I are also planning on a 50+/- mile backpacking trip on the Sheltowee Trace March 28 - April 3rd or 4th. We'll be starting out at the Livingston area and finishing up at Cumberland Falls.

As soon as this weather breaks a couple of will be going out to Adair wildlife management ( http://fw.ky.gov/More/Documents/Dr.N...airWMA_all.pdf ) area to test out the gear we built this winter, try out some new stoves, and air out the hammocks. We would just be going for the day but, it would be a short drive for you. If your interested just PM me and I'll advise when we go.

Daniel Boone National Forest (Sheltowee Trace, Red River Gorge, Rockcastle Narrows, etc).
Hoosier Natl Forest may be an option too.

I'm planning a section in May (Burnt Mill Bridge to Whitley).
