According to the OP it doesn't start until March 15, so maybe try again then (although my guess is it won't work for international shipping). Didn't work for me either yet for US shipping.

Tried it today with the same result. Always worth a try...I had a company in the US honour it before for some fuses so sometimes we get lucky up here.
