    KY > June(Date not set yet)->RRG->SwiftCampTrail->Kilt Hang-> Intermediate

Kilts are not mandatory to attend this hang. This will be an overnight trip Saturday to Sunday. I will be out there Friday evening to get in a few extra miles, those wanting to join me message me for details. Make sure you are hydrated before you come out. Many of us hike at different paces so make sure you are able to read your map and navigate using a compass to meet up with the team at a rest point or camp or buddy up with someone that can. I will be bringing my walkie and it will be set on channel 5. The trip will begin at the trail at Rock Bridge on Rock Bridge road. Well will follow Swift Camp Creek trail across pavement to follow Rough Trail where it intersects with Koomer Ridge trail. IF time is on our side we will venture out to Angel Windows before hitting Rough trail. We will need vehicles at Koomer Ridge, Rock Bridge, and Wildcat trailheads. Many of the views/points of interest will be at the beginning and the end of the trip.

What is CC bringing for the group? S'mores

    Group rules:
Make sure you can do the mileage, there aren't many short cuts routes on this trip.
    Treat everyone as a friend.
Lend a helping hand where it is needed.
If you have questions then ask them.
If you are having problems let someone know, on every trip so far the group has always squared someone away to make sure they have a better experience.

    Hiking:
We will stop and rest at each intersection, road crossing, or camp spot. Water and snacks should be consumed as needed. When traversing a change in the trail make sure to keep a safe distance in case of slipping or falling in the result of harming another member of the group.

    Rally Point:
We will meet at Shell station at 10:30 Saturday morning.

    Trails:
    Swift Camp, Rough, Koomer Ridge

    Distance:
    18 to 20 miles

    Trail features:
    Water crossings
    Steep Inclines/Declines
    Rock scrambles
    Mud

    Points of interest:
    Rock Bridge
    Hell's kitchen
    Don Quan's Garden
    Angle Windows(side trip)
    Hidden Arch
    Silvermine Arch

If we wrap up early on Sunday I amy hit another trail to get in a few extra miles and see some other views. For those wanting I normaly end a trip with a relaxing lunch at Miguel's

This trip will take place June 6 -7. Also we are going to start at koomer ridge and end at Rock Bridge. The reason for this is we will be hiking through the more populated area and head towards the Wilderness area.
