Where's Dutch?

In past orders from Dutchwaregear.com, I have received a confirmation email from Paypal for the money sent, as well as from Dutch confirming the order. And usually, I receive a follow up email from Dutch the next business day (or soon there after) with a tracking number for the shipment.

On Monday evening (late evening) I ordered a Fronkey Style Bug Net from Dutch. I received the paypal confirmation of monies sent, but have yet to receive an email from Dutch confirming the purchase, or with info about shipment.

I'm heading down to Florida for the weekend, and was hoping it would arrive before I take to the skies (orders usually arrive in 2 days from Dutch). I guess I'll be hanging unprotected while I'm down there, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience with the unusual lack of communication as of late.

And is this paranoia normal when not receiving that wonderful email that my order has shipped?

I placed an order on the 23rd and it shipped on the 24th. Don't be paranoid...I'd just send them an email to make sure the order didn't get misplaced. I've yet to see a bad bit of service from Dutch on these forums.

Just in case of an error or technical hangup, did you try to contact Dutch or anyone there?

I thought I had emailed [email protected] yesterday asking it could be shipped to a different address to arrive by Friday, but no reply there either.

Everything has been super speedy and responsive on my order earlier this week. See what happens when you treat us too well, Dutch! We get paranoid if you take a bathroom break before sending something out

Ordered my stuff at got a personal email response from dutch at almost 10pm that night..the next day (Saturday) a confirmation of a shipment......Amazing service so far. Bad thing is I'm outta town and the package should be home waiting on me.
