I'm planning a spring hang with some friends in the porcupine wilderness. Does anyone know if I need a wisconsin forest sticker for my car to park my car at the trial head and do I need a trail pass to walk the trail.

No you do not need a pass of any kind. If there was one I'm forgetting about it would only be a parking pass for the Chequamegon National Forest but I don't believe they require it at any of the NCT trailheads only the more popular parking areas. I maintain the east side of the trail in the porcupine wilderness so I've never really parked at the actual Porcupine Lake which would maybe require a parking pass but I don't think it does. Here is the number though for that districts office in case you want to double check - 715-264-2511. Definitely no trail pass needed on any part of the NCT in northern WI.
