I see you got a good pic of your "injury". I think Pawfoot did a good job with the surgery. I didn't take but a few pics this trip, but I'll try to get them posted in the next couple days.

The hole is the result of me finding a cinder block in the mud under my hammock. I nearly lost my balance, feet immediately went to the "oh man I don't wanna get dirty" stance and the right food found that to help me hold myself up.

only at first. I let out a howl. It was around 7am, so I'm sure someone thought it was probably a dog. The pain in the butt was having pawfoot scrape the dirt out with a knife, removing the dead skin and then scrubbing it with a q tip and irrigating it.Dang that's gotta hurt!

Priya made two friends on the AT. We moved them off the trail. They cooperated, those copperheads. I think they were making little copperheads.
