    I know Blue Mounds is out of your way, but for others, Brigham park is a county park in Blue Mounds that has quite a few sites that appear suitable for hanging, most all of there sites have a lot of trees. I haven't hung there, but have walked through the campsite areas.

    May just be me, but I thoroughly disliked camping at Mirror Lake. A decent park for day hikes, but the incessant drone of traffic from the highway kept me up half the night. The least enjoyable night I've had in my hammock actually.
