    Nah, won't work. The search and rescue teams would keep mixing up the letters and he'd never know if they were calling for him or someone else.

    I tried dyneema webbing once. It was extremely expensive and not feasible to purchase as they wanted me to buy 10,000 yards. However the real problem came with performance. It would not hold a knot, not even a marlin spike hitch. It even slipped right through a cinch buckle. Kevlar is lighter and almost affordable.
