Bulldawg, the first one (kenmore in mathews) looks like the same one I have (kenmore 158.15250 or just 1525) and I love it.
If you can . . . find out the model number and plug it into a youtube search, you might be able too get a full demo like this one.

Based on a couple of recommendations, I have made an offer on the Matthews machine....which turns out to be very convienent, since I work in Matthews! Fingers crossed, we'll see!

Then I am sure there will be many many more questions to follow!
