Hi kc8ljm,
I really like this fabric, but we don't use as much of it now that we have the newer HyperD fabrics.
It's labeled as a Poly/Nylon Blend from my supplier and has a brushed, soft finish that's feels pretty good on the skin.
My bedroom sleeper is made from a single layer of this stuff and it does a great job with my 265lbs.

This fabric was used on the hammock shown in this video also.
Just contact me if you'd like to see a sample of this stuff.
Thanks
Randy
For a synthetic, it feels plush. I won't say it feels natural, but it's the closest to natural I've felt so far. Also, this fabric helps to hold a user in place better due to more friction caused by the brushing.
When i was thinking about fabrics to have my Thunderbird made it was a toss up between the new Hper D fabric and this 2.3 woodland camo, i ended up going with the Hyper D to save on wieght and i love it but if i were to have another one made,(thinking about a roaming gnome)i would go with this in a double layer, it looks to be a very nice fabric and i know Papa Smurf has good taste. If he say's it's nice, IT'S NICE!!!
Check out my Hyper D woodland camo, -

Either way, you can't go wrong, the craftmanship that goes into a Dream hammock is awesome
Going to check out the different fabrics Sunday and one way or the other money will be spent. If I see something I like I buy it, Well tomorrow I will order and pay for it, just a question of fabric weight. Thanks guys and papa smurf
