Camping in the Angelina National Forest. The lake is about 5 foot high and has inundated what otherwise would be dry shoreline. I saw these big oaks in about two foot of water and they were providing great shade for an afternoon nap. So I didn't let the opportunity get away. Slept there in the boat that night too. Bass feeding on grass shrimp all night long...great white noise to sleep. Limited on crappie too.
