Recently made a UQ from NeatSheet with insulation of spun (?) polyester 60"x 1/2"plus material used to wrap around foam cushions in upholstery.
( from craft / fabric store, or ask local upholstery shop )

Wanted to get something locally to get it done this week.
Had planned to use it this week but the weather is very wet at our intended location.

The UQ is bulky. We are van camping so that is currently not a problem.
This is an experimental time for us. Trying some DIY before spending money on our permanent ( ha ) set up.

Last week used my NeatSheet cocoon+air mattress UQ at 40* with fleece clothing.
NeatSheet only, used diagonally, with cheap air mattress below.
Was very comfortable.

Therefore figured insulated UQ was the next try.

Our very professional Speer SnugFit arrived in the mail after our return.
This is our anniversary present.
Since my husband is hesitant about the cold weather, he will use the SnugFit.

We will get a temperature evaluation of the NS+insulation UQ in comparison.

Made a NeatSheet UQ using instructions on this forum as base idea. ( Handmade article )
Variation : Used large Sheet folded in half with pocket to try various and exchangeable insulation.

Then decided to ad upholstery polyester wrap because it was available.
Used the KAQ instructions to tack in place with quilt loops.
Made only one row of quilt loops rows around all sides, for now; if it works well
will do the complete interior area.

Will keep one large NeatSheet, used diagonally, as warmer weather cocoon.
