I bought a UGQ 20*zeppelin from a guy on the forum a few months back. It came with no draw strings or anything, only a quilt. What is the best way to go about making this work? I have never seen a quilt with no cords, so I am slightly confused.

You was took.
But no worries. UGQ suspensions are essentially this:
1) shock cord through the side channels that pretty much makes a giant loop (one single line goes through one side channel, exits, then enters the other side channel, returning to the original end to form a loop). This is called the Primary Suspension. This suspension does most of the work holding the UQ against the bottom of the hammock.
2) At each end, there is another shock cord connected to the two corners at that end. These 2 end suspensions make up the Secondary Suspension. By keeping them tight, you avoid having your UQ start to sag in the middle and accordion together. The Secondary Suspension sort of pulls the ends of the UQ outward, toward your hammock ends, keeping it flat against the hammock bottom. It also serves to allow some finer adjustment to each corner of the UQ because there is a cord lock at each corner, and a fixed knot in the middle of the cord, where it is attached to the hammock suspension. With these 4 cord locks, you can make one corner very close to the hammock end, and the other corner at the same end, father from the hammock end...sort of rotating the UQ to match the diagonal lay of your body above it.
Both the Primary and Secondary suspensions are attached to the hammock ends.
And pictures sure would be helpful.
I would shoot the fine folks at UGQ either a PM on here or an email via their website, or even give them a call. If you explain what you have and what you're missing, I'm sure they can get you what you need, and give you detailed instructions on how to set it up.
Thanks I appreciate it mychal. And I will contact UGQ and see if they can help.
Also, I will try to post pictures this weekend when I get home
Sorry I forgot to post pictures but I got it fixed up.thanks for the help
Good to hear you were able to get it worked out.
Be sure to post up if you have any concerns about adjusting the quilt. It's a solid piece of kit.
