SO many post, so many happy folks!

    Ok,

I need some more advice about the BB! Someone school me on the numbers plz...

    1.1 with a dbl, or a 1.7 with a single...etc

What does that mean, does having a dbl mean an air type pocket to slide in a CCF or something?

Someone plz helpme.....I am going to purchase one but have no clue what one to get.....I have watched Shugs video, read post and more confused now that when I started.

Money is not an issue, I want the one that will provide comfort, warmth, for 3 seasons, but also have an option to cold weather it sometime...

1.1, and 1.7 refer to the weight of the fabric, in ounces per square yard. Heavier is stronger.

Single vs Double refers to how many layers of said fabric that the hammock bottom is constructed of. More layers makes it stronger, but heavier. Double layers also have an opening between them into which you can insert any kind of pad that you like.

Generally, your choice should be driven by your own mass and desire for durability. There is a chart on Warbonnet's site that shows the rating for each type.

1.1 and 1.7 are the fabric weights in ounces per square yard. The double and single tell you how many layers of fabric there are - a double layer has two pieces of fabric sandwiched together, with a slot in between them so you can put a pad in there. A double layer will also be less likely to stretch, and hold more weight comfortably, than a single layer made from the same weight of fabric.

If you look at the updated version of the Warbonnet website at http://warbonnetoutdoors.net/index.htm there is a table that shows max weight and most comfortable weight for each of the configurations.

A little bigger than my buddy Bulldawg and I don't begin to stress the fabric of my 1.7 double. Great choice for a great hammock!

    Done, Placed on list

Thank you my fellow board members. I placed an order for the 1.7 Dbl last night. Two main reasons, but foremost. The guy makes them in good O'l USA and he was fast at returning the email. Not to mention a board member...etc...etc...

Hope to see some of you hanging around sometime...
