It was a success with caveats. My daughter in the top "bunk" got nervous on night 1 around 0200. I got her out of her hammock and she got in the 11' with me. We made it work. On night 2 she slept until 0730 the next morning when I woke her up. Somehow she had managed to flip the GT Skeeter Beeter Pro completely upside down. She was sleeping in the bug net (which had mostly ripped off the hammock) and was supported significantly by the UQ. I don't know how she didn't end up on top of her brother in the bottom WB RidgeRunner bunk.

Jackson, in the bottom bunk, slept like a rock both nights. Neither kiddos wanted to leave. We have successfully brought two new hammockers into the fold!

    Bruce,

At the Harold Parker hang, we're going to assign someone to accompany you at all times that you anticipate using your new neck knife. We have also ordered a pair of cut proof leather gloves for you to wear during that hang.

It was great hanging with you again. Look forward to seeing you again this summer.

    All the best !

That's great news. We all enjoyed meeting you and the kids. Thanks again for your service. It's always a good sign when the kids are already talking about coming back the next year.

As for Abigayle flipping and sleeping on the bug net and UQ, that is truly a marvel of science. In all my years, I have never heard of that happening. I'm thinking she may have potential for being a gymnast on top of a super model.

    All the best !
