    Rain Man,

Thanks for the tour, brings back memories of the northern part of NY to CT.
Apparently there was time to photo some flowers and bridges.
That section has some of the most interesting bridges.
( I hung around quite a while looking at the log and boulder bridge. )
    Loved the styles.

Wished I could have squeezed another hike in with you and your group, between my 7 day AT section and a little vanCamping with my husband.
Hope to do the next section of CT with you, if you are not finished.

( Are you counting CT as New England ? )

Maine in September ! ! What a thought.
10 miles, 12 miles. The difference gives much more time to dally with nature.

    Happy Trails!

Definitely. I'm done with the South and the Mid-Atlantic now.

Maine should be fun again. August was near perfect weather for NH, two years in a row. Am going to see how September is, this year. My miles will be close to 6 mpd average. A civilized distance for a section hiker.
