Hello folks!
Geoff here.
Great site! Lots of great videos for help. I just recently completed a 2 layer hammock about 10' 8 inches in length made with 1.0 hyperD. Also bug net full coverage pull over
based on to Fronkies design. Tarp is an 11 x 10 with doors 1.1oz SilPoly 2nd gen. I'm going to order 2 lbs of feathers for underquilt and top quilt from a Canadian supplier out of Canada. Figure on 800 loft Duck feathers which I can get for about 120 bucks (Canadian). Minimum order is 2 lbs. Should be enough for top , under and a hat or perhaps a vest.
Looking forward to using Hammock gear for both hiking, cycle touring and sea kayaking. Lots of trails close by.
May hang in dog park across the street too with folding solar panels and USB fan hookup. (Sunq 12Watt).
Really enjoyed Shugs videos too. Very informative.
Heres a short vid of a hike I did 3 days ago. Camera used was a sony action cam az1.

I am also interested in photography. I like taking pictures of wildlife and have had the opportunity to take pictures of bald eagles and Snow owls.
Also..some recent "pre hammock" hiking pictures too from Squamish BC area.
