It does seem to be a pretty good deal. As the straps are missing, it would be set up for use with some Amsteel, or maybe even Whoopie slings.. Which is something I have considered doing with mine, just to save some weight and bulk. If I could ever talk my wife into trying any hammock at all, I'd get it for her.
