Finished my Argon90 down summer quilt

I had some extra down from some other projects and decided to make a summer weight top quilt. I purchased the Argon 90 fabric and pre-cut no-see-um baffle material from Dutch. I really love the feel of this, really nice when you are wearing next to nothing when sleeping in the summer. Here is a video of most of the steps during construction.

Thanks, I got a new video editing software for my birthday and this was my first real use of it.

Finished my Argon90 down summer quilt

Very complete video doogie. This may just give me the confidence to try a down quilt. I had it in my mind how to do the baffles but never really saw a good video to show it. The tape guide/fabric hold is a great idea also. I hate to pin unless I really need to.

What size of rolled hem foot do you find is most universal for projects, they aren't real cheap?

    Thanks so much for sharing.

Well done Doogie, but I thought you knew green was my favorite quilt color? Now you will have to redo it in green!

Also, nice job with the editing, which software did you get?

Thanks, I wanted something bright for summer, and the blue really brings out my eyes

The software is Magix Movie Edit Pro. My daughter picked it out, it's definitely a lot better than Windows Movie Maker.

Thanks, for the complement and the supplies (including the extra 6" of fabric). I tend to sleep warm, so we'll see how low it will take me. I normally use my 20 degree 3/4 WL underquilt and just intentionally leave gaps, so I think the 2 will give me a large range of comfort.

Doogie... Thanks for sharing this great 'how-to'. I was trying to figure out how to create the baffles and your example is much appreciated. Now I need to order some fabric...
