Not being to do any running because of my plantar fasciitis, I took off to Jasper for a couple of nights. Here's what I did one day, heading up the Pyramid Lake fire road up towards Pyramid Mountain.
Hopefully I'll be back running in the next couple of weeks. My physio is going well and I can feel an improvement.
