Great way to start my Indepence Day--cuppa Jo and some Shug video. Glad to see you all back out there having a great time. Humble hammock hanger by night, mighty Power Portager by day--able to leap from rock to rock while still producing palaver. Really enjoyed the water shots--quite different to go back to pickup the GoPro from underwater rather than a camera on a rock, I would guess. Looking forward to the remaining episodes.

Glad to give you something to sip the joe too. Filming this one was a bit of a different thing. Keeping my ol' Canon dry was a chore! Much obliged.

Another good'n, Shug. Gold star for pointing out the merits of Duluth Packs. It only takes one trip into the BWCA with a hiking pack to see those fellars with those funny lookin bags aren't crazy.

    Paddle forth.

Mask Man The Masked Voyager Loved the diving board, the little island and the poop song. You carry a canoe like a pro. For me, it's great to get out for a paddle, once or twice a year, for something different. Thank you for the most enjoyable trip report, part two!

Really well done, I enjoyed the heck out of that. Some awesome views out there and you get a little different prospective from the canoe eh? Doesn't sound like you'll be trading in your hiking boots for a paddle but I'll bet you can see the attraction to the canoe tripping lifestyle. Thanks for taking us along.
    Good luck,

The diving spot was so fun. Water was warmish on the surface but cold too. I like toting a load.Yes, I think paddling will round out my trips but I am a walker at heart.

When I am on water I want to be in the woods. When I am in the woods I want to be out on the water.....always want to explore what your seeing. I for sure want to canoe a couple times a year now. I like the portage as it is kinda the alone in your head time.
