Uq side pulls on a speer

On a speer type hammock , how do you secure the center edges of the UQ to the hammock since a speer doesnt use side pull guy lines?

There isn't much need to secure the edges on a gathered end hammock. The suspension on the ends holds it up just fine. The Jacks use tie-outs to work better with the HHs, but otherwise they really aren't needed for other hammocks.
