Does anyone leave the uq on the hammock and pack them together? My snake skins are a little tight to do it, whats a good option? I'm planning on packing the tarp separately too.
The nest seems to be simple enough to hang, did a dry run in the yard, looking forward to leaving the mat behind. Any pointers for a JRB first timer?
Yes, I leave the UQ on the hammock. I use a "Black Bishop Bag" named for it's long lost originator (a former HF poster). Simply a silnylon stuffsack with a hole poked in it and left in place on the foot end hammock cord. Undo the head end of the hammock, S fold it into your arms and stuff it into the bag.
