I sent an email to Dutchware late yesterday evening inquiring about a custom variation on a common product (treehuggers in 2" webbing instead of the standard 1"). Not only did I get a reply before I logged into my email from work this morning... Before 11 AM, I got the email telling me they've been sent, with tracking number! And as a bonus on top, I was charged only for the standard item & its shipping.
