Awesome. The CL-50 is becoming quite popular. I need to get back there and hike it again with the new sections and bridges. I look forward to the rest of your videos.

I'm doing this next summer. Thanks for posting!
I was just in this area a few weeks ago and thought it was very wet and a bit crowded. I'm thinking of trying the Cranberry Lake 50 next year so I look forward to seeing your other videos for this trip report. Thanks for posting.
For the part of the CL50 that's outside of the 5 Ponds Wilderness, I met 1 day-hiker about 30 minutes in, and that was it. Within the 5 Ponds Wilderness, there were more people, and both High Falls, and High Rock appear to be popular destinations.
The trail between High Falls and Wanakena definitely has some places where you should not expect to keep your feet dry. Based on other videos I've seen, it seems that conditions change somewhat based on what the beavers have been up to lately.

Thanks Peter. Enjoyed the day with you. Interesting rig to make two trees work together.
