As the title says I added an option for the knotty mod on my Netless Hammocks. It is in the 2nd drop down box here...

Thanks, Dutch! Noticed this yesterday. One of these days I need to get un-lazy long enough to talk to you about purchasing them for a hammock I've already received from you. Thanks again for adding the option to new purchases!
Ugh, right after I ordered mine.

Hey Dutch, are you going to get the brown Argon 1.6 back in stock?

Ohhh sweet. For once I ordered just after an update was made instead of just before. I added the knotty mod on my order the other day. I can't wait to see how it turns out!
I received a Poly D hammock w/Knotty mod, and was surprised to find both mods on the same end of the hammock. What is the thinking on this? Others I own are configured so as to create "pockets" for feet on one side and outside shoulder on the other.

I ordered a nylon 1.6 hammock with the knotty mod and specified I wanted them caddy corner along with a Fronkey style bugnet last week. They arrived just in time for my trip up to the West Canada Lake Wilderness in the Adirondacks. The hammock was great and I slept like a baby both nights after long days on the trail. Thanks for getting them to me in time for the trip.
This is just speculation on my part but I've heard a lot of people don't feel the Knotty Mod on the head end helps with much. Having one on both sides makes it so you can lay left or right (although flipping the hammock accomplishes the same thing unless it has an attached bugnet). Personally I'm with you, I like the Knotty mod on opposite ends, one for my head/shoulders and one for the feet. They really help keep my quilts in an even help keep my head a little bit off the bug net on the head end.
