I was wondering if you might plan on adding new colors to the Hexon 1.0 line? I really want light olive green and I don't want the added weight of 1.6 oz if I can get away with it. Also, I think you should consider selling Loop Aliens.

Looks like you did it right, John, or else the mods fixed it for you. Either way, no worries. Welcome to the forum.

I do plan on adding to the Hexon colors on all the weights. The more I have worked and rested with this fabric the more I like it.

    Hello Dutch,

Will you please share DWR details of the Hexon and the Dobby fabrics with the universe.

    Thank you

Yes. All the hammock fabrics have Dwr except the Dobby. It is an 80/20 DWR meaning it retains 80% of it's water proofness after 20 washes.
Dobby is another creature. It is polyester and nylon that has a very tight weave. It also is calendered so it is wind resistant. It had another effect. It also makes water bead just like it has DWR. I really like the Dobby but at 1.9 ounce per yard, it is kind of heavy.

I had my first weekend in the Hexon 1.6 at the PSH Fall Sprawl. Actually other than laying around it was my first hammock camping ever!

The material is just fantastic. I don't feel like I'm laying in a sheet of space-age plastic. More like a nice cotton-poly blend. A little bit of that slick synthetic feel between the fingers but it has a nice soft texture to it overall.

Thank you for the superb product!

As someone who is really new to Hammocks and has only experience with your Argon and Hexon my opinion probably isn't as well rounded as yours but I absolutely LOVE the Hexon!

I gambled with Argon as a first buy before Hexon was out and had minor issues with calf ridge with it and as someone with a serious Goldilocks complex I must say the Hexon is amazing. It feels cottony/natural enough to the skin and isn't slick that everything slides around in it but is also much firmer than the Argon which just makes it perfect!

I have tested Hexon 1.6 against its alternatives and have found it to be superior.
