I find it funny that the tent people call us "bear tacos", as if their tents would hold up any better than ours to a bear attack. Unless your tent is made of kevlar, i don't think so.
You do know that since we are the Bear Taco, they are the Bear Fortune Cookie.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Love the dog bed!!! Do you have a channel sewn in the lower end for the piece of wood? I need to make one for my GSD. Thanks for posting.

When you're sleeping at the bottom of the food chain, bear jokes lose their humor.

I can imagine they would. I have a friend who's father is from Montana and he has invited me to go to his families ranch to hunt, I told him I would love to but not unless one of his uncles or cousins who know where NOT to find a bear would guide us. paranoid?? maybe so but once your bear crap there aint no throwing it in reverse.

In truth, you don’t have much to fear: Bear attacks average just under 3 fatalities a year, when millions of people go into the backcountry or live near bear habitat. 26 people get killed by dogs every year, and 90 people are killed every year by lightning.

I know the rational is correct but I also believe I am that type who could never in a million years win a lottery but could easily be the guy struck by lightning where there had never been a recorded strike. I have the same feeling about sharks and I used to be an avid diver, I was the first on bottom and hated the safety stops, I always figure I looked like bait hangin on that anchor line.
