    Excited to upgrade!

This forum is a terrible place. 1 month ago I didn't own a hammock, now I just pulled the trigger on a DH Thunderbird with all the bells and whistles, I figured if I'm going to be camping in a hammock I might as well camp in the best. Going on a trip to the Sierra Mountains in late October, time to research UQs and OQs!

You could check out UGQ'S, they are having a clearance sale on some Flight jacket tq's and they are top of the line in quilts and even make a kit to match up to the Thunderbird on uq's
I Also went all out last year on a tbird and i see you didn't add the peak shelf?
You can kinda see the shelf on mine here, -

I'll check them out, thanks for the recommendation. And I added the shelf earlier today, looks like it will be useful.

That DH sounds like it's going to rock your world, especially upgrading from a Kammock Roo. I also started out with the Roo (a very thoughtful Father's Day gift) and found it was a gateway drug. I now have 2 WBBB XLCs in hand and a Dutch Hexon en route.

After reading countless rave reviews I'm confident I'll love it.

Does anyone have some pictures of the gear loops? I don't see them as an option on the site but I see them referenced in many DH builds.
