Awesome, nothing better than a quick overnighter to recharge your batteries Good to see the rain skirt/kilt in action, I've got a piece of sil cut to make one sitting in my gear room. Would be good to hear your thoughts on it?

It works well. Very Light. Nice venting up the back slit. Can be used for other things. Kept me pretty dry. I feel sexy in it.

My mission is to help out cottage industy guys and spread the word if I think something is worth taking a look at. So there be it.
    Sorry to tempt you....
Well Shug, I have been on the fence about this setup since AMOK first announced their "1.0" version in April 2014...After watching your review and crunching numbers (ounces and cost) it appears that this setup would be very close (less than a pound and within $60) to my current setup...With that said after their generous discount I have decided to pull the trigger!!!...I can't wait to get it and try it out for a couple overnight trips...I have a wilderness first-aid training class coming up in mid October and a 4 day hike in late October and this setup will be perfect for that...

Thanks again for another great review and I like to support the cottage businesses that contribute to my favorite hobby!!!

I'm a visual person. Thank you for that picture comparison as it gives perspective.

I had to see myself as many commenters on You Tube have claimed that it has to be HUGE. It really os not and will compress a bit as well.
    Glad it helped.
