Need help from owners of JRB BMBH

Couple of questions re: the JRB Bear Mountain Bridge Hammock...

JRB website claims most 26" wide camping pads will fit into the pad pocket.
Anyone tried to specifically fit an Exped DownMat 9 DLX?
The DownMat is 26" wide but 3" tall. Might not fit into the pad pocket???

Anyone tried to fit a Speer SnugFit UQ underneath the BMBH?

I use an REI 25'' wide and 3'' tall pad. it fits just fine. Someone wrote a review on here about the snugfit and the BMBH and said it worked as if the snugfit was designed for the BMBH.

Here is the review (by Muel) that I was thinking of http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ead.php?t=4823. The wide pad like you and I have really helps take away the shoulder squeeze that people talk about. On the flip side the hammock feels a bit tippy with a pad like that in there, it's not unsafe, it just takes a few minutes to gain confidence you wont flip out. I really like the JRB BMBH and just ordered a MWUQ for mine. I hope you enjoy yours

Tell me about it. I ordered my underquilt which was shipped on the 15th. Although it would have been a an USPS miracle I was hoping to have it in the mail yesterday so I could have time to play with it this weekend. Well, it looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get it. I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!
