    6' - $17.55

    6' - $15.50

Hopefully, once I do some more reading, Ill be able to come up with an independent website instead of Ebay.
Godaddy.com is an inexpensive and viable option. Plus they have direct domain integration with Google Apps for integrated email, calendar and contacts at the domain level. Check 'em out.

    Yep... Im checking into it.

I really like the prices... But so far all the money Ive made has gone into more product, supplies and various other expenses trying to get things seperated.

The Ebay store isnt so bad. Maybe a touch on the pricey side compared to a yearly fee for a host site...

    Yup... working that angle too.

Im still ciphering all the ins and outs of actually getting things to turn up in a google search.

Thats why I put the title of my blog in a couple posts back. I want to see how long it takes google to turn HF back up when I search those words.

That's one of the reasons I disliked the HH ULBA.

Now with my Bridges, the head end is the end I put the longer spreader bar on, and that can wait until I decide to go to bed long after the Bridge is hung.

Wonder what Brian at OES is doing for domain hosting, site design and shopping cart? That's one professional looking site.

BTW, hard to believe you got WhoOpiesling.com. Good grab.

It's really great to see entrepreneurship alive and well. One of the things I like about HF and hammocking in general. Lot's of opportunity for "cottage" businesses to start and thrive.

I was surprised I got that domain also. I may register a couple variations of it also...down the road.

Hi Opie. Got your whoopie sling in the mail, looks great. That 7/64 amsteel 6' sling weighs in at around 1.4oz, and makes a great combo with my new Nano 7 hammock. Who'd have thought that a hammock with fully adjustable suspension was possible at this weight ? Add in a pair of tree straps and I'm maybe 1oz heavier than the webbing suspension alone that I first got with my Blackbird hammock. Amazing.

I am about to order a set of slings and wanted to thread the fixed end through the channel on my hammock but I wonder if the amsteel is abrasive and will it wear through the channel on my Nano-7?
    thanks
