new top quilt from LocoLibre Gear

I received a new top quilt from LocoLibre this past Friday and I couldn't be anymore pleased.
George did an excellent job on it. I compared it to a HG and EE and it is at the very least on par with them. the stitching is flawless, it lofted in no time and I really appreciate George being willing to purchase a fabric not in his normal inventory to accommodate my wants and wishes and the icing on the cake is a slight weight savings.

I can without reservation recommend LocoLibre Gear.

thanks George, I appreciate your effort and cant wait for fall and winter to run her through her paces.

I agree, I have done business with George for quite awhile, an illustration of the quality of fella he is, back in our bad hurricane season, the season of 3 back to back canes, after the first I got an email from George checking on my and my families safety and he did so more than once. at that time I don't think I had placed but one order and I never made huge orders. to me that is a class act.

George, as good as it looks on FaceBook it still doesn't do it justice.

    Hey old creek.
Great looking TQ. Really like that orange color. Thinking that my next TQ will get made with the orange. I'm in my sixties, and having the orange as a potential signaling devise is appealing to me. If there ever came a time when I needed someone to be able to find me, that TQ turned inside out and draped over me, or a ridge line might help in getting located faster than without.
Was the orange the custom order fabric?

Hi boatstall! I have the orange argon in stock. I didn't have forest green so I got some argon 67 for that. I carry just bout every color of the argon 90 on hand, but only the black 67.

I CANNOT WAIT to get my custom UQ. George has already been so amazing to work with, even with my constant emails adding or changing my thoughts.

Question for you old creek. Was wondering about your decision to get the 0 degree.
I keep thinking that the 20 series might be enough, but every time I see someone from a similar temperature zone to Louisiana getting a 0, I have second thoughts. Was wondering if you travel a lot to colder zones, and have a true need for the 0, or are you finding or needing, the 0 to work through Florida winters? Trying to decide on a winter TQ myself, and it sounds like this wasn't your first TQ.
Care to share any advise? Would appreciate any wisdom you would throw my way.
