Are these continuous loops long enough?

I just made these last night and each bury is about 3.5". From your experience do you think that will be long enough to hold the end of the hammock? I have a bunch more amsteel so that is not a problem, and I could make longer ones, these are just my first continuous loops and I want some reassurance of what to do.

EDIT: I am 150 and will be using a structural ridgeline with this hammock

    Thanks

Looks like they will do just fine.

Too short for me by a mile. Not even close to spec if you ask me. Here's a thread on the topic.

Your bury should be 2-1/2 fids. One fid is 21 rope diameters.
If your using 7/64" Amsteel, that would be about 5.75" of which just over an inch is tapered.
The good news is that you need to bury only one side. The other tail can be just long enough to tuck in the other side of the loop.

150? If I was that old I'd want to make sure they would hold too!
