    Cam lock straps

I found some boat dock straps made by "Rod Saver" at Academy yesterday that fit MY ticket.

Thet are 10feet long and have a loop already sewed on each end. 2 straps to a pack for $6.00.
I have used cam locks on my kayaks and canoes for years and have not had any problem with them. For $6.00 I can trash them and get more if the wear out quick.

I set the ENO up last night with the straps and set up and adjustment was a breeze.....

Yall may have already tried these ...

What color are they? Some of the straps of that vent you get at Harbor Freight are bright yellow ... not so Stealth Camping friendly.

But that said ... that's a great price!

They are black, they can hold a $20,000 boat rocking back and forth, in a wet slip they can hold my little 32inch waist in a hammock.

    Randy:
I use the same straps on my daughters hammock. She is only 8 and doesn't weigh all that much. They are easy for her to rig up and it helped me to convince her to hammock with me. She was getting frustrated with the possibility of tying knots. Her mother didn't help matters on this one point, she is a city girl who thinks "roughing it" is a night at the big state park lodge with AC and internet .
