I was curious if anyone had or knew of a sheet for sleeping in your hammock. I'm the type of person that always has to have a sheet to cuddle up or wrap around me. My thought is it would be something lighter weight, comfortable, and compressable. It would used in conjunction with an UQ of choice, but not for the purposes of providing warmth.
Thoughts?
you can get cotton, fleece, and silk ones makes to line a sleeping bag.
if you don't want it to be closed theny ou can always open it up.
A Neat Sheet works very well for this. I used mine this summer as a light TQ.
You just need to remove the 6 washers that are sewn in the hem.
The Neat Sheet has many uses, other than a summer top quilt, I have used it as a floor mat under my HH hammock. Others on this site have modified them to be a UQ.
I have a cocoon travelsheet 100% silk that I've used, a lot, with tent camping and hammock camping. What I've found is that when hammock camping, it tended to bunch up around me or I couldn't keep it where I wanted it or I couldn't find the foot end again after I'd gotten up at night and returned back to my hammock. Worked just fine when tent camping though. So I got to thinking of ways to fix it. I ended up ordering silk yardage material and sewing it to one side of my top quilts (both the summer one and the winter one) I'm finding that the "sheet" stays on top of me where I want it!! When summer returns, I'll figure out how to make a summer-time sheet so I'm not always having to use my summer top quilt for those really hot nights. Oh, I gave my travelsheet to my tent camping husband!!

I've sewn regular thrift store cotton and flannel sheets into comfort cocoons for use in or instead of ...or to increase warmth of sleeping bags ... also to keep the bag clean.
About 5 years ago I discovered mostly cotton long johns to serve most of those purposes.

I just used a lightweight twin sized cotton sheet during the summer in Florida. I also have to have something on top of me even if it's hot out.
