    I just made a 50 footer for really big trees and longer hangs.

    I use a 35' Lash It CRL and have found it to work for nearly every situation I encounter. I could honestly probably get by with a shorter CRL as I always carry an 8' Lash It dog bone that I can easily larks head onto the end of my CRL if I need additional length. It weighs next to nothing so I don't mind bringing it along. Just typing this up has me thinking I may shorten my CRL to around 30' so I don't have to deal with as much excess line on must hangs and the dog bone can make up the difference in the rare event I need the extra length...

    I'm using 37' of 1.2mm Tech Line ( www.diygearsupply.com ) for my CRL using the "V" configuration.

    I use 2 12 footers, never really liked the crl way, prefer using etingerz or even 2 flyz will work.

    Hey All,
    Mine is 40 feet just cause that's what I had left on the roll,hate to cut it and its not too fiddley to put up with the figure 8 wrap and tuck it into the v.I have 1 dutch hook and a wasp on mine with 2 prussic knots and dutch beeners.Been happy with it so far.
