    The Harbor Freight webbing is actually a bit lighter, but is only available in yellow.

    Warbonnet 1" Polyester (Black)- .65oz/yd

    Update: I'm still hanging the Claytor Jungle from the Harbor Freight straps and I have to say that it is better than the stock suspension. It has very little to no stretch. At this point I would recommend it to anyone. I tried to dye it with some stuff that said "Not for Polyester" and it turned the straps a brownish yellow. :-)

    I've got the same Harbor Freight straps in the Hammock lab downstairs.

    I used some kind of permanent dye for shoes. I can attest it works on wood, the straps are another thing.

    WEny by Harbor Freight today and pick me up a set of straps and got me some d rings. Will make me a set next week end when i have my lessons on using my threaf injector i bought Saturday. Other rhan being yellow they will work great. I will not have any trouble seeing them for sure.
