    10 foot or 11

I'll start by apologizing for raising this question for the millionth time. I'm thinking about getting one of Papa Smurf's Dream hammocks. I'm 6'1" 200 pounds and I want to get your opinion on 10' or 11', also single layer or double.

I would personally recommend an 11ft hammock. I find it more comfortable. As for double or single layer I think it would depend on the material choice, but I will let others with more knowledge answer that.

Get both in a light weight double layer and sell the one you don't want here for $25 less than you paid. Best way to know for sure and $25 well spent.

I'd go with an 11' single-layer using the one of their 1.6 or 1.8 fabrics. FYI, I'm 6'-160lbs and use 11' hammocks exclusively for gathered ends.

I'm 6' and just shy of 200# and have an 11'DangerBird. I've been in 10' and 11' Dream hammocks and the 11' is definitely for me. I did get a chance to try out the wider fabric at Fall Sprawl this weekend and I'll definitely have to consider it in the future, but I'm also super happy with my regular width. I hope this helps.

    11'
You can always split the difference with a 10.5, but I would go with 11'

    +1

If you don't want to spend that money, go with an 11'. With your height it's likely that 11' will feel a bit better to you.
