You can bring all your stuff and put it in one of the shelters there. As with any NEHHA hang there will be an abundance of people willing to look over your gear and help you dial it in. There will also be extra gear on site for you if you find your gear inadequate.

Either way I look forward to meeting you.

    Put in for the time.
If it moves, you can eat it. No promises you will think it tastes good.

MA > Chesterfield Scout Res./Jan. 8-10 2016/(NEHHA Nor' Easter Winter Hang)

Well some of the shenanigans are being planned already. I am really looking forward to this hang. I am hoping that it was as cold as it was last year.

If it is as cold and as snowy as last year there is the possibility if anyone chooses to, you can ice fish on the scout pond which is right down the hill from the camp site. There is also 150+ acres that you can snowshoe or just generally hike around.

Other than that there will always be hot water and coffee hanging over the fire and food galore will be in easy reach.

    See everyone there.

There are only 6 people signed up on the spreadsheet but iirc attendance is usually higher? What size group do you normally have? Thinking about trekking north to find some actual cold temps in this El Nino winter. Thanks

Last year we had 36 people. We will get more. There are nine others that said they are going but haven't done the sheet. So that puts at 15ish.

Excellent, sounds like a good group. Will post up if my planning becomes a plan. Thx

===> Just ordered another TQ from Adam at HG, specifically for this hang! 0° Burrow with 4 oz of overstuff in long and wide. Should work well in concert with the overcover on my BB XLC!

===> I did. You should repost the link here, or in your sig, it's kinda buried in the first post. Might be hard for some to find.
