What needle do I need?

Let me start by saying I love this forum. I have learned so much. I have used the search to look for a specific thread on this and was not having any lucky. My wife is buying me a thread injector for my birthday and I am going to make me a top quilt. I have all the everything but the needle. What size needle do I need for argon? Thanks in advance.

I'm using Gutterman Mara 70 Tex 40 Thread gmcttr.

Gutermann Recommends as size 14-16 needle for Mara 70 although many get by with a size 12.

I use a 14 Microtex/sharp with Mara 70, works great. It will also work with the Gutermann "sews all" that Joann's sells which I sometimes use for light duty sewing.

Which needle? The 14 Microtex/sharp that I referenced works fine with the tarp materials we use for hammocking, as well as the straps.
