On a current commercial basis, I believe the KAQ is the only synthetic underquilt. In the DIY realm there are a few kits available that could be made into top or under quilts.

I've told myself that I need to make a synthetic insulated under quilt w/ differential cut for some time, just never got around to it.
I think it would be a good addition to the under quilt choices.
