    June SEHHA Hangout

Just for curiousity's sake, who all is planning on attending Ed's next SEHHA hangout June 8-10?

    Maybe?!?!?

Although I haven't contacted Ed about reserving a couple of trees for me, I've got it penciled in. Still a little iffy re: domestic tranquility (I spent some points this last weekend). I'll know better in a week or so. Do I remember correctly....is there a bluegrass festival going on at the same campground that weekend? If so, I'll bring my mandolin if there's any other pickers among folks going. Let me know.

Fishbone, that's the weekend of the Bluff Mountain Festival, so plenty of good bluegrass to be heard all weekend long.

I am planning on driving up Friday night and will stay thru Sunday. Just talked to Neo and asked if he wanted to go. So Neo and his boys may be going.

I'm going to pass on this one. Too close to the start date on my hike. I still have a lot of things to do.

A side note is that I realized that the New Year's Eve hangout on Springer is just over 6 months from my SOBO start date. Pretty cool if it works out to me finishing then.

HE, if you finish then I'll have to come up on Springer in the cold.

The dinos aren't sure about the June SEHHA meeting - we have four wee great-grandkids born in June and those little-kid parties are important.

I had hpoed on doing Friday and Saturday, but I have to work that weekend and I can't take off Friday from work. It looks like it will be showing up Saturday again. If I can't switch with somebody to get off on Saturday I may have to skip this one.

I'll be getting there Friday afternoon or so. Friday is that last day of my section hike, the end point being Hot Springs. So my hiking partner, and I will be there after we get off the trail and make ourselves presentable.
