Video: 2nd Look DIY PolyD hammock & xenon tarp

Got out this morning for some "breakfast from the hammock". I know, it's not as good as waking up in the hammock, but i'll take what I can get. Anyways, I shot a quick 2nd look video. Thanks for looking

How long/wide did you cut the tarp? any advice on how to make? i am guessing you cut some off of the corners to give a parallelogram shape. Might make one this weekend. thanks

The tarp was the easiest part. I didn't cut anything off of it. It is a 3 yard remnant from dutches site that I just hemmed and put tie outs on. Ended up measuring 108x56, not the most ideal size for an asym tarp but perfect what i'm using it for.

How well does it pitch? Do you notice any stretching?

I didn't put in any cat cuts so it pitches tight on the edges and a little loose in the middle. It did seem to stretch a little bit during the rain but straightened up after it died out
