Looks like the cold is beginning to affect your motor and/or cognitive skills.
Love testing in the cold.
Hints on the gear test? Possibly a balaclava sewn directly into the hammock?
Expected low temps? Sub freezing? Any wind?
Throw some more social media buttons on your site, I had to open FB and do a quick search just to like the page.
Rock on.

Is that you, Batman? I love your work.
Cold weather hanging is the best. So tranquil. Have fun out there, and good luck with whatever it is you're testing.
Like thrash metal? Check out my nephew's band, Deathwatch. He's an amazing drummer... https://soundcloud.com/user-660860695
Finally dropping to negative temps here in Ontario too
Have fun

I'm out testing your gear too Firesong! Just got the bishops bags and upq in the mail today. Amazing work btw! I'll be ordering from you again. If your in Canada and need gear Firesong is your man.
I have a new website in the making. An actual online sales one.
I was testing two different UQ's out. Made a 0 degree which worked fantastic - had temps to 3F that night. Last night I tried out my 20 degree and it got down to 17 F. Very toasty. My version of toasty is baselayer underwear and maybe a 100 weight fleece.
I have one of those neat kyptek balaclavas (light material)...Like the Batman pillow case do you? (made 2 so I could wash them easier than washing the little pillow)

I did use my UQP too
It's always windy
I use standard icebreaker bottoms. I also have some military surplus bottoms and top long underwear. I think they are polyester. Nothing special. I have a few because I use them while blowing snow etc for work.
