    just a little extra warmer for a few bucks ,some guys have been experimenting with them making under quilts by sewing 2 together etc etc ,I will use mine more in the spring late fall as an extra on colder nights

    Well, I picked one up last night, we have a brand new Costco that is draining my wallet these days.. I used it on the couch, it was pretty toasty... color me surprised.

    I found mine are pretty slippery ,I threw on the bed 2 nights ago ,haven't found it since ,( just joking ) , but they are definitely a little bit on the slick side
    always use tree straps please

    Just one on top of my summer topquilt was more than warm enough for me in a tarp shelter on top of a ccf pad down to the low 40s; and this was with no clothes.

    EDIT: the summer topquilt is good down to mid 50s alone while wearing nothing.
