replacing bb suspension??

Thx. Now if I was going to switch to a Whoopie Sling could i just run dead eye end of the sling around the hammock and then run the sling through the burried dead eye and pull tight? and what exactly would i do with the ridgeline? Should i run the sling through and around the end of the ridgline loop? Sorry for all the questions. Just want to know what I'm doing before i untie it and open a can of worms. I may be just overthinking it all.

notice the small black loop in the end of the edge binding. it's important to make sure you run the suspension through that little black loop as shown in the photo above. once you get the new suspension on, just pull the whole suspension through the ridgeline loop, and tighten the down the ridgeline again by pulling on it from inside the hammock.

Cool. I think I'll go ahead and put some cinch buckles on mine now. That is if I don't prefer whoopie slings.

not sure if it matters, but what side of the small black loop should the working end suspension be on? the zip side? or back side?

i ask because if you throw the bug net over the ridgeline, i imagine there might be some stress put on the loop if not attached properly....?

or should this concern be chalked up to "nit-picky neurosis"?
